At Steve Madden Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all original tags are still attached to the footwear or accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.
